Dariusz,
You may have read how I learned from Mark Allred how he can accelerate his ax using his pinkies to start the sequence, then ring finger, then middle. I was wondering if you had really given this a lot of thought. The pinkie is aligned with the Ulna bone in the forearm. If you rotate the forearm then the Ulna and Radius bones will cross. Do you believe there is an optimum relationship between the pinkie, Ulna and Radius during the release move. Should the Ulna and Radius bones cross or stay straight...left straight, right cross...left cross, right straight...left straight, right straight...does it matter?
Thanks,

No, I do not think it is good to start any part of the total motion with body parts that should wait in the queue. Neither I think it is good to have such conscious thoughts during the motion. Everything what is conscious should be done properly during setup so that the subconscious mind has no obstacles when the dynamic part is happening. That's all.
