Those who read my articles know very well already how big is the role of the serratus anterior muscle in presetting and maintaining the stabilization of scapulae in relation to the main body/torso which, in consequence, builds a proper sequencing.

I personally never thought about yoga as something useful in my researches -- what a nice positive surprise then. I strongly recommend to learn to feel the muscle.
